Data processed

Browsing data (e.g. IP address, technical logs) and any data provided via contact/quote forms. Bookings and payments take place on our booking management platform, an independent controller/processor for those activities.

Purposes and legal basis

a) operating the site and security (legitimate interest / legal obligation); b) responding to information or quote requests (pre-contractual measures); c) statistics and marketing only with consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Cookies and third-party tools

The site uses necessary technical cookies and, subject to consent, analytics/marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). Details and management in the Cookie Policy.

Disclosure and transfers

Data may be processed by suppliers acting as processors (hosting, booking platform). Any non-EU transfers are made with adequate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

Retention

Browsing data is kept for up to 12 months. Data provided via information or quote requests is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and, where legal obligations apply, for the periods set by law (for example up to 10 years for accounting and tax records).
